Make a difference for equality.

Equality means ensuring that everyone has the same chance to make the most of their life and abilities.

It is also the notion that no one should be denied equal opportunities in life because of how they were born, where they came from, what they believe, or whether or not they have a disability.

Equality recognizes that persons with protected traits like race, handicap, sex, and sexual orientation have faced discrimination in the past.

We help grassroots organizations become political actors capable of promoting structural changes in the countries we serve by strengthening them. Our approach includes giving technical assistance to our partners to assist them in monitoring and documenting human rights violations and increasing their advocacy ability at the national, regional, and international levels.
